Q.    Can I wash my WETCOVER^® protective cover and if so what should I use?
A.    All our covers have been designed to fit naturally on your machine and are therefore easy to remove and replace after washing.  You can wash your WETCOVER^® product as often as you wish or as the location environment dictates without fear of damage or degradation. We recommend warm soapy water for washing.  P.S. Please ensure it is completely dry prior to replacing on the machine.
Q.    Will washing my WETCOVER^® product in anyway detract from the effectiveness of the Anti Bacterial protection?
A.    NO - Only a WETCOVER^® branded product has this unique benefit and irrespective of how often it is washed it will not detract from the Anti Bacterial effectiveness.
Q.    Will the Anti Bacterial effectiveness deteriorate over time?
A.    NO - We incorporate Nano-Silver technology and not a temporary film so your WETCOVER will continue to provide Anti Bacterial protection throughout its usable life.  We do however recommend that covers are replaced every 2 years to ensure ultimate protection and comfort.
Q.    Are WETCOVER^® products made from Plastic?
A.    NO - Plastics are prone to cracking and have a very poor life expectancy when used for protective covers.  All WETCOVER^® products are manufactured from high quality Clear Silicone Rubber which provides a durable, stretchable and perfect key fit.
Q.    Will a WETCOVER^® product impair visibility of the Keys or Terminal display?
A.    As all of our covers are manufactured from the finest quality Clear Silicone Rubber there is virtually no difference in key or display visibility.  When using our Touch Screen covers some customers may prefer to slightly increase the brightness setting of the Display Panel; however this would be subject to your personal preference.
